Rocky Road dessert

Ingredients:


- Chocolate: 500 grams (melted)

- Biscuits: 1 cup (crumbled)

- Powdered milk: 1 cup (roasted)

- Marshmallow: 1 bag



How to prepare:

  1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave until melted.

  2. Add the crushed biscuits over the chocolate, then add the toasted powdered milk.

  3. Add the chopped marshmallows over the ingredients and stir.

  4. Line a Pyrex dish with parchment paper and pour the chocolate mixture, level the surface evenly using a spoon, then cover the ingredients with another sheet of parchment paper.

  5. Refrigerate the Pyrex dish for two hours before serving.

  6. Cut the dessert into equal-sized squares, and serve cold.
