An easy and unique way to make chinese noodles ( a must try!)
ingredients:
- carrot
- green onion
- White cabbage
- Bell pepper
- Mushrooms as desired
- Sesame oil
- sesame
- A Bouillon cube (Maggi cube)
- A pinch of dried coriander
- A pinch of cumin
- noodles
Sauce ingredients
- Soy sauce (sweet)
- Sumatran chili
Steps:
- Boil pasta with water, salt (salt as desired) and sesame oil.
- Cut the vegetables and put them in the pot with sesame oil.
- After 5 minutes of stirring over medium heat, add the spices and bouillon cube
- After the cube melts, add the boiled pasta.
- Stir the pasta, then add the sauces and stir over high heat.
- after turning off the heat add sesame on top.
- When serving, sprinkle sesame for garnish.
