PESTO PASTA

In this recipe i will show you how to make the creamiest pesto pasta ever !

also how to make the pesto sauce from scratch if you don't have it ready-made. let's start! 


ingredients:

  •  Pasta: 300 grams (penne)

  • a clove of Garlic (mashed)
  • a tablespoon of Olive oil
  • half a cup of Cream
  • a teaspoon of Salt
  • a pinch of Black pepper
  • a pinch o f White pepper
  • a cup of Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • a cup and a half of Pesto sauce ]

ingredients for pesto sauce:

  • a bunch of Basil
  • 4 cloves of Garlic (chopped)
  • half a cup of Parmesan cheese
  • two tablespoon of Olive oil
  • half a teaspoon of Salt
  • a tablespoon of Lemon juice
  • half a cup of Pine nuts

steps to make the sauce:

  1.  Wash the basil well, then chop it until it is fine.
  2.  Mix garlic with salt and olive oil until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
  3.  Chop the pine nuts, add the basil and garlic mixture, and stir well until the sauce is homogeneous and ready.

steps to make the pasta:

  1. Cook pasta in a pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions.
  2. Heat the oil in a pot, add the garlic, then stir until it wilts.
  3. Add the cream and pesto sauce, then season with salt, black pepper and white pepper.
  4. Stir the ingredients well until they combine and obtain a consistent sauce.
  5. Drain the pasta from the water, then add it to the pot, stirring until the ingredients are combined.
  6. Distribute the pasta into plates, then sprinkle cheese on top immediately before serving.
