PINK SAUCE PASTA RECIPE

Hi! in this recipe i will show you how to make the easiest pink sauce pasta for pasta lovers as it has a very unique and delicious taste.



ingredients: 

  • 1 bag of pasta
  • oil
  • salt
  • Water for boiling pasta


Pink sauce ingredients:

  • 3 crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • Finely chopped onion
  • Salt, pepper, Bouillon cube (Maggi cube), and a pinch of dry thyme (oregano)
  • 2 cups of  cream
  • Butter cube
  • Finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • Green coriander and parmesan cheese for topping
  • A pinch of sugar

method:

  1. Boil the pasta with salt, oil and boiling water until cooked, then drain
  2. In the meantime, put the butter and oil on the fire then add onions and garlic and stir, 
  3. add the tomato sauce and crushed tomatoes, and let them simmer over low heat. 
  4. Add salt, pepper, oregano, maggi cube , and a pinch of sugar, then add the cream and pasta, 
  5. serve and garnish with green coriander, parmesan cheese.
