QUESADILLA RECIPE

Here's how to make the most delicious Mexican quesadilla ready in minutes!


ingredients: 

  • A quarter kilo of chicken breast (cut into small cubes)

  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Half a teaspoon of salt
  • A teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Teaspoon onion powder
  • Half a teaspoon of black pepper
  • Teaspoon hot red pepper
  • Half a teaspoon of paprika
  • Half a teaspoon of dried coriander
  • 1 tomato (small size/diced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (diced)
  • Garlic clove (finely chopped)
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • A quarter cup of corn
  • Half a cup of mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • Half a cup of cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 2 loaves of tortilla bread

steps:

  1. Place the chicken in a bowl, season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black and red pepper, dried coriander, and paprika, and stir until the spices blend with the chicken.
  2. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan, and fry the chicken until it turns golden and cooked, then remove it from the frying pan and drain the oil.
  3. In the same frying pan, put the onions, garlic, colored peppers, tomatoes, and corn, and stir the ingredients until they wilt, then return the chicken to the frying pan and stir the ingredients together with a sprinkle of red hot pepper.
  4. Place a loaf of tortilla bread and stuff it with half the amount of mozzarella and cheddar cheese, then add the chicken and vegetable filling, then put another layer of the remaining cheese, then place the second piece of tortilla bread on top of the filling.
  5. Heat the grill, grease it with oil, and place the tortilla on it for one minute, then carefully flip it to the other side, so that it becomes crispy on the other side.
  6. Place the quesadilla in a serving dish, divide it into four parts, and serve it hot.
