SAN SEBASTIAN CHEESECAKE

  • 600 grams of cream cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • A quarter cup of fine sugar
  • A third of a liter of cream (double thick)
  • A teaspoon of flour

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Grease a mold with a little butter and line it with parchment paper.
  3. Beat the cheese using a mixer at medium speed until smooth and creamy.
